Well, I haven’t posted here for a while, have been hunkering down in preparation for a new contract which starts Monday – and I thought I’d wait until the Kodak Zi8 dropped onto my doormat. I’m going to shoot some film today and over the next month in and around London, my first impressions are that it’s much slicker-looking and lighter than the Zi6 (it uses a single lithium battery over AAs) but the interface seems a little clunkier. Shoots up to 1080p though, HDMI port and much more – so expect a full review and some video both here and over at my blog soon!
